Delivery and shipping fees

Conditions Required:

The name and address for shipping must be the same as the credit card holder during the online purchase. 

Shipping and receiving hours:

For all items found in our inventory at the time of purchase, orders received in the morning (before 10h30am) will be processed and shipped the same day. The buyer must be present between 9am and 5pm to receive the shipment. The buyer will be asked to sign and verify that all items ordered have been received. Our delivery service is not available for post office boxes. 

Shipping delays:

Handling times for the preparation of shipment is between 12 and 24 hours. We offer next business day deliveries for orders placed before 4pm from Monday through Friday in the Quebec City area. Orders placed after 10am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

The person that placed the order must receive the delivery between 9am and 5pm. This person must sign and verify all the items that were ordered and are part of the shipment. Shipping are not made possible to postal boxes.

Orders placed for addresses outside the local shipping area will be shipped within 3 to 5 days and will be charged additional shipping costs according to weight and distance of delivery.

Items placed as “Special Orders” sent by form order (while shopping) or done by phone could see slightly longer processing times. These are generally between 3 and 10 days.can be of up to 60 days depending on the items. You will be advised within 12 business hours.

During holidays, there may be delays in delivery. We observe many national and provincial holidays during which time our store is closed. To find out about delivery to your area during these holidays, please contact us.

You can send us an e-mail 24 hours a day – 7 days a week and we assure you of a knowledgeable response within 2 business days. You can also call for an immediate Customer Service concern at: 1-877-681-4138 on business hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 4 pm, (or for product information, check our store hours to reach a representative). We will be happy to help you in the best way we can.

Shipping Costs:

Base charges are applied as mentioned above (see grid above). If an adjustment is needed, the amount will be sent to you via email or by phone. Your authorization will be needed to continue with the transaction. This may increase the shipping time by up to 24 hours (store hours) when the items or in stock. 

Over Weight or Size Pieces:

Shipping costs for items marked as being "OverSized Shipping", items exceeding 31 kg (70 lbs) or of a size that equals or exceeds 152 cm (5 feet), there is a 15$ freight added on to the shipping base rate charge. Sales Taxes are not included. Check our Policies for Over Weight or Size pieces.

For addresses outside deliverable areas:

All orders ranging outside the delivery zones of both Purolator and Canada Post will be expedited within 3 to 5 days and will be charged extra shipping fees according to the weight and distance of delivery.
