Act to facilitate and promote shopping online (e-Com) by protecting personal information collected, used or disclosed in certain circumstances, by providing for the use of electronic means to communicate or record information and transactions and by amending the Act Canada Evidence Act, the regulations and the law on the revision of laws. For the application of the Law on the Protection of Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act, the following definitions shall document all information, whatever their shape and characteristics, including correspondence, notes, book, plan, map, drawing, diagram, or graphic illustration, photography, film, microform, sound recording, videotape or computer, or any copy thereof information; intelligence is meant by personal information about an identifiable individual, except for the name, and as an employee of an organization, and address and phone number of his workplace.
