Mandatory conditions

Following a verification of received merchandise, follow the instructions for the return form.

To return a product, you must first obtain a return number (#RMA). You must fill out the return form. To do so, go to the “My Account” section of our site for your billing history. When you fill out the online form, a RMA number will be issued to you. Insert the number on to the form and print it out to include it in your return package. Don’t forget to keep a copy of this form for yourself!

All material must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, cables, etc.

All materials must be returned in their original state. ÉlectroMike has a right to refuse a return if the item(s) show signs of used improperly.

Additional conditions might apply to products that are under manufacturers warranties. (See "Products under warranty")
