For products that are under warranty

Mandatory conditions

• Products that are under warranty sold on ElectroMike.com benefit from a 30 days return/repaired guarantee if the RMA form is accepted within 7 days of reception of the item(s)
• Most products that we sell are guarantied by the manufacturers themselves. Details on those warranties may be found in the product info inside the item(s) packaging.
• Warranties for products sold on ElectroMike.com differ from the ones in our stores. Sales policies on our site are for ElectroMike.com only and may not be applied in store.
• All material must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, cables, etc.
• All materials must be returned in their original state. ÉlectroMike has a right to refuse a return if the item(s) show signs of used improperly.
• Please take notice of our return policy and procedures for filling out the return form (RMA)

Warranty extensions

Some brands offer options of extending warranties. For those brands, you will receive a coupon of warranty extension with the list of costs for such extensions.  

Products not covered under warranty

• All packaged alkaline batteries
• All Duracell and Procell batteries
• All reconditioned batteries
• All electronic components with the exception of NTE products
