Condition of packaging
- The customer must insure that the shipping company delivers a box that is undamaged when receiving the order.
- If the transporter delivers a package showing signs of having been damaged or tampered with, it is the responsibility of the customer to refuse the shipment.
Condition of the content
ÉlectroMike gives a delay of 7 days to verify the content of the shipment. This includes verifying that parts and components are not only in good shape, but also in working order.
Damaged goods
Conditions and procedures for returning merchandise.
- The sending back of damaged or faulty items must be done within the 7 days of reception of the items.
- All material must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, cables, etc.
- All materials must be returned in their original state. ÉlectroMike has a right to refuse a return if the item(s) show signs of used improperly.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning a product.
- To return a product, you must first obtain a return number (#RMA). You must fill out the return form. To do so, go to the “My Account” section of our site for your billing history. When you fill out the online form, a RMA number will be issued to you. Insert the number on to the form and print it out to include it in your return package. Don't forget to keep a copy of this form for yourself!
- Additional conditions might apply to products that are under manufacturers warranties. (See "Products under warranty")
- Consult the list of products that may not be returned, are non-refundable or have special specifications.
