Repair and Exchange

We are committed to exchange products that are defective, damaged, corrupted or that does not correspond to your order. In this case, you must absolutely fill the Return Form in order to receive a request approval number.

Reimbursement

You will find below the answers to your questions about reimburesment calulations with details on our Refund Policy of Gift Cards.

Please allow 10 open business days delay for returns processing informations.

Here are a few informations regarding reimbursements. If your order was paid:

• By Credit Card: The refund is paid directly to the same Credit Card used.
• With Gift Card refund, is paid on your Gift Card balance which is available until it expires.

Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email informing you.
